* Suggest alternate vendor to supplement existing contractor list
* Conduct project walk-through of facilities with various bidders
* Insure that RFI's are resolved timely to maintain schedule
* Update client of potential issues affecting budget or schedule
* Prepare bid packages for selected owners self perform work
* Coordinate meeting for opening of sealed bids
* Prepare leveling sheet of all submitted bids
* Analyze construction costs and alternative pricing
CONSTRUCTION
* Arrange construction kickoff meeting between client and contractor
* Conduct ongoing site visits to review work progress
* Prepare weekly reports of work progress compared to budget and schedule
* Review contractors work with current drawings and owner approved changes
* Confirm that submitted RFI's and field conditions issues are addressed promptly
* Inspect ongoing work for quality and compliance with contract documents
* Schedule periodic meetings with architects, engineers and ownership
* Coordinate owners self perform vendors with field operations
* Review contractor change orders for cost responsibility
* Review monthly schedule of values and payment requisition
INSPECTIONS AND TESTING
* Coordinate periodic inspections by engineering team for design compliance
* Confirm final inspection from building department and fire marshall's office
* Review third party inspection reports and testing results
* Confirm testing approval for the architect and engineering firm
